BERRY ICY CUPS

Serve with an egg dish for brunch, as an accompaniment to chicken dishes or as a dessert.

  • 2 (10 oz.) pkgs. frozen red raspberries in syrup, thawed
  • 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen halved strawberries in syrup, thawed (cut into small pieces)
  • 1 (12 oz.) can frozen Five Alive Concentrated Citrus Beverage, thawed
  • 1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple in 100% pineapple juice, drained
  • 2 cups Kristian Regále Swedish Style Pomegranate-Apple Sparkler
  • -banana slices
  • -whole fresh raspberries
  • -mint sprigs

In 13x9 glass pan, combine first 5 ingredients; freeze, covered (about 2 hrs.). Arrange 18

(5 fl. oz.) cups on cookie sheet or tray. Remove pan from freezer; mix well. Spoon into individual cups; freeze, covered, until firm. To Serve: Remove cups from freezer 1 hr. before serving. Carefully stir each cup with a small spoon. Mixture should be slushy. Garnish as desired.

Amount: 18 cups.

FRUIT FILLED ICE RING

A colorful, chilling touch for any of the Sparkling Punches.

  • 1 (750 ml) bottle Kristian Regále Swedish Style Apple or Pear Sparkler
  • 2 cups colorful assorted fruit (strawberries, raspberries, blueberries, blackberries,
  • lemon, orange or lime slices, star fruit, red or green grapes, pineapple chunks, kiwi slices)
  • -mint sprigs

Add 1 cup sparkler to a 4 cup ring mold; freeze. Top with assorted fruits and small amount of sparkler to freeze fruit in place. When frozen, add remaining sparkler; continue freezing until solid. To Unmold: Place bottom of mold in warm water until it slips out of ring. Wrap in plastic; freeze. Add to punch bowl just before serving.

Any of the following make nice garnishes for Kristian Regále Sparklers. Be creative and make kabobs using 4-6 inch wooden skewers, plastic or frilly picks.

  • Kiwi slices
  • Star fruit slices
  • Mandarin orange slices
  • Red, green or black grapes,
  • blackberries, strawberries, blueberries
  • Dried apples and apricots
